This picture orients the viewer to Williamsburg Middle school. Drainage moves from left to right in this picture.

In the foreground is an erosional patch, probably due to foot traffic. Down the sight line, the general slope is downward and away from the viewer.

Looking up at the school, there is a dramatic slope change. Some debris transportation may be inferred by the branches relative to the tree trunk, downhill.

Evidence of low slope, debris is not moved away by the gutters.

In this picture focus on the red tint of the sidewalk. The loose soil flow downward over the sidewalk.

Intent of this picture was to focus on the middle tree, the slope falls away quickly, much of the trunk is not visible from this viewpoint.

Notice the erosion happening around the drainage. So much so that elevation is below the drain. Water collects here, making the soil muddy. Those sediment get carried away into the drain.

More erosion, this time of a harder material, asphalt. Probably due to snow truck and water damage.
